Admitted students and their guest(s) are invited to join us for a housing fair and picnic on Friday, May 17. This event is designed to acquaint incoming students with other members of the entering class and available housing opportunities in the Toledo area.
The day will begin in the Law Center Auditorium at 11:00 a.m. After introductions, we will have a question and answer session with a financial aid representative, members of the admissions office, current students and faculty members We will then provide a lunch either indoors or outside, depending on the weather.
At the housing fair, apartment managers will be available to direct you, with maps and telephone numbers, to the many apartment communities located within five miles of the law school. Students will have the opportunity to find roommates and explore housing options.
Some students have success finding roommates and connecting with classmates through our Toledo Law Entering Class facebook page.
There are several optional activities scheduled at the Law Center Friday afternoon, or you may wish to spend the time investigating housing options in the area.
We have also listed information about several Toledo area events taking place the evening of Friday, May 17 that you may want to experience while spending the day in the “Glass City”.
