A transient student is one who is a degree candidate at UT (home institution) and who wishes to enroll in classes at another ABA-accredited law school (host institution) with the intent to transfer earned credits back to UT, their home institution. Students may use federal financial aid while concurrently enrolled for courses at The University of Toledo (home institution) and the other institution (host institution) upon completion of the FAFSA and a College of Law Consortium Agreement and approval of the Associate Dean.
