Doug Crocker is the founder of Douglas Crocker and Associates, LLC, which is a Certified Public Accounting firm. Mr. Crocker is a graduate of the University of Toledo and University of Toledo College of Law.
Mr. Crocker started his accounting practice in 1985 after gaining experience with national and local CPA firms for more than ten years. Tax and accounting services comprise the largest portion of the firm’s client engagements. These include the preparation of client financial statements such as review and compilation reports suitable for distribution to lending institutions and equity owners. The firm focuses on tax planning and consulting for entrepreneurial business clients and the individual owners of the businesses. They have helped clients form new businesses, grow their businesses, and worked with clients to sell their activities to others or take their investments to the public market.
Mr. Crocker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of CPAs, American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, and Toledo Bar Association. He also serves several companies as a member of their board of directors or as an advisory board member, and serves on the boards of several community non-profit charitable organizations.
Mr. Crocker has taught classes at the University of Toledo College of Law since 2006, including Accounting and Finance for Lawyers, Business Valuations and Business Enterprise Taxation.
