Mr. Hill currently serves as Assistant Court Administrator for the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the court, he maintained an active litigation practice focusing on complex civil and regulatory litigation, and federal white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Hill has extensive experience in defending criminal actions charged under the Bank Secrecy Act involving structuring and currency transaction reporting violations, criminal and civil forfeitures actions, tax evasion, and health care fraud claims. Mr. Hill has successfully tried several regulatory actions before the United States Drug Enforcement Agency and United States Department of Justice, and has extensive experience in the area of election law.
Mr. Hill will teach Money Laundering this semester. He is a 2000 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law.
