Prof. Rapp’s article named one of ten best for 2012 – twice! – An article by Geoffrey C. Rapp, Harold A. Anderson Professor of Law and Values, has been named to two lists of noteworthy 2012 law review articles. (6/17/2013)
Civil procedure scholar added to College of Law faculty – Bryan D. Lammon, a visiting assistant professor of law at Washington University School of Law since 2011, joins the College of Law faculty this fall. Professor Lammon will teach Evidence and Conflicts of Law during the 2013-2014 school year. (6/10/2013)
Business law expert to join College of Law faculty –Toledo Law will welcome Eric C. Chaffee, previously a professor of law at the University of Dayton School of Law, to the faculty this fall. Professor Chaffee will teach Contracts, Business Associations, and other advanced courses in the business law area. (6/5/2013)
Prof. Eisler receives University’s Outstanding Teaching Award – Professor Beth A. Eisler, who passed away on Dec. 31, 2012, has been honored posthumously with an Outstanding Teaching Award by The University of Toledo. (5/24/2013)
