The Supreme Court hires both judicial law clerks and central staff attorneys. Students interested in judicial clerkships should apply directly to individual justices. Applications should be submitted in fall of the third year. Each justice has different application requirements, so contact each for further details. Students interested in applying for a staff attorney position should contact the Chief Staff attorney to inquire about vacancies.
