The University of Toledo Law Review is a scholarly publication devoted to the discussion of current legal issues. Published quarterly, the Law Review contains articles by legal scholars and practitioners, comments by students on new developments in the law and discussions by students of recent noteworthy cases. Most recently, the Law Review has hosted major symposia on Collateral Sanctions, Cybersecurities Law, Online Dispute Resolution, and the Thirteenth Amendment.

On March 14, 2008, the Law Review will sponsor a symposium on Successful Economic Development in the 21st Century: Revitalizing Center Cities in an Era of Globalization, Technology and Changing Legal Regimes.

The University of Toledo Law Review is also home to the Deans' Leadership in Legal Education Series.  The articles in this series are written by the Deans of various law schools and address topics that are pertinent to legal education.  The full text of these issues is available on-line by clicking on the Deans' Leadership Series hyperlink.

If you would like to correspond with the Law Review staff via e-mail, please send a message to lawreview@utoledo.edu.
